In this role you will assist the team in the preparation, review and reconciliation of VSA and SCA financial settlements. You will maintain service data, long-term schedules and allocation tables, monitor schedule compliance and work closely with NetEx to coordinate corrective measures., * Prepare, review and reconcile VSA and SCA financial settlements

• Maintain up-to-date service data in internal systems
• Update long-term schedules and allocation tables for vessel operations
• Monitor schedule compliance against agreed timelines
• Coordinate corrective actions with the NetEx team
• Support operators with data queries and reporting
• Perform data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department

• Enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Maritime Studies, or related field) with availability of approximately 12 months
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and familiarity with data management tools
• Good command of English (written and spoken); German is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of shipping industry terminology (VSA, SCA) is advantageous
• Good communication skills for interaction with operators and NetEx
