Software Dev Engineer IV

• You will design and develop web-based dashboards, metrics visualizations, and user interfaces that enable service operators to monitor and manage our robotics systems.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance operational tools that provide real-time insights and actionable data.

5+ years of front-end web development experience with strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Experience designing and implementing operational dashboards and metrics visualizations for service operators or technical users Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog) Proficiency in data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts) and time-series data handling Delivered scalable, high-performance web UIs used by multiple customers in production environments Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TypeScript and query languages (PromQL, LogQL, or CloudWatch Insights Query Language) Knowledge of real-time data streaming technologies (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events) and alerting systems Experience with Application Performance Monitoring tools (New Relic, Dynatrace, Datadog) and/or log aggregation platforms (Elasticsearch, Splunk) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) Background developing interfaces for industrial, robotics, or infrastructure applications with knowledge of SRE practices Duties:

• Heavy machinery or powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors)
• Elevated work areas or fall hazards
• Repetitive physical tasks (lifting, bending, reaching)
• Hazardous materials or chemicals
• Extreme temperatures (cold storage, outdoor exposure)
• Electrical systems or high-voltage equipment
• Autonomous robots or automated guided vehicles
• Airborne particulates or noise above safe thresholds

Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills
