Technical Program Manager

The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead the technical planning and delivery of SPX PUDO and Returns initiatives, with a primary focus on supporting strategic customers such as Vinted.

This role acts as the bridge between Business, Process, Operations, and Engineering teams. The position is responsible for translating business requirements into clear technical scope, managing technical priorities, and coordinating system delivery across the end-to-end PUDO and Returns journey.

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, technical project management, or digital platform delivery. \n

• Strong experience with APIs, system integrations, and technology platforms. \n

• Experience in logistics, ecommerce, last mile, PUDO, or Returns preferred. \n

• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. \n

• Experience managing technical backlogs, priorities, and delivery timelines. \n

• Strong understanding of Agile development and software delivery lifecycle. \n

• Ability to participate in technical discussions and support solution trade-offs. \n

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. \n

• Experience working across Business, Operations, Process, and Engineering teams. \n

• Certified Agile or Scrum qualification preferred. \n

• Familiarity with Jira, Notion, API documentation tools, BI platforms, and logistics systems preferred.

• Translate PUDO and Returns business requirements into clear technical requirements. \n

• Coordinate Driver App, OMS, TMS, BI, API, tracking, and PUDO platform enhancements. \n

• Manage backlog priority, UAT, rollout timeline, and technical issue escalation. \n

• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones. \n

• Track technical dependencies, risks, and blockers through closure. \n

Business and Technical Alignment

• Act as the technical bridge between Business, Process, Operations, and Engineering teams. \n

• Represent customer and operational needs during technical design and development. \n

• Support solution design and technical trade-off discussions. \n

• Ensure technical delivery remains aligned with business priorities and expected outcomes. \n

• Communicate delivery progress, risks, and decisions to key stakeholders. \n

Integration and Delivery

• Lead customer and partner integrations for PUDO, Returns, routing, tracking, and status management. \n

• Coordinate API design, data mapping, system interfaces, and exception handling. \n

• Support Vinted integrations including PSF, PUDO availability, geolocation, operating hours, and coverage filtering. \n

• Drive testing, UAT, rollout, and post-launch stabilization. \n

• Ensure solutions are scalable for future volume growth and network expansion.
