Product Owner

• Own backlog execution, prioritization, and backlog grooming

• Partner with Product Manager on roadmap planning and delivery execution

• Create, refine, and review epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements

• Coordinate work across Engineering, Platform, Enterprise, Compliance, and Business teams

• Facilitate sprint planning and Agile ceremonies

• Track delivery timelines and ensure work is properly structured and prioritized

• Support product delivery from concept through production release

• Drive accountability and communication across stakeholders

• Help scale and improve Agile delivery processes

• Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst experience

• Proven ownership of Agile backlog management

• Hands-on experience creating and managing:

• Epics

• User Stories

• Acceptance Criteria

• Work Breakdown Structures

• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience

• Advanced Jira and Confluence experience

• Working knowledge of GitHub

• Ability to manage work across multiple cross-functional teams

• Experience partnering directly with Engineering teams and technical stakeholders

• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills

• Able to influence and drive outcomes without direct managerial authority

• Experience balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution * Healthcare, MedTech, Life Sciences, Government, Food & Beverage, or other regulated environments

• Digital product or platform experience

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale organizations

• CRM, CMS, Authentication, Analytics, or customer-facing digital platforms

• Global product experience

Experience working with distributed or remote teams
