Senior SAP O2C (SD/AR) Consultant (17715)

• Assess end-to-end O2C processes, including order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and FI-AR.
• Lead workshops with finance, revenue, treasury, operations, and business stakeholders to define current and future-state processes.
• Evaluate SD and AR processes against standard S/4HANA capabilities, including Credit Management and Fiori-based applications.
• Design standardized processes for revenue billing, fee management, invoicing, collections, and receivables.
• Partner with ABAP teams to evaluate custom pricing routines, billing enhancements, output management, and AR workarounds.
• Identify opportunities to replace custom solutions with standard S/4HANA functionality.
• Support integration with FI/CO, FM, and Grants Management.
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation, including intelligent cash application, collections, and dispute management.
• Prepare fit-gap analyses, functional specifications, configuration documentation, and solution designs.
• Support custom code rationalization and post-brownfield optimization.
• Deliver quality solutions within tight timelines and complex project environments.

We are seeking a Senior SAP O2C (SD/AR) Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and post-migration optimization program. This role will focus on assessing, standardizing, and optimizing end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes across SAP SD and FI-AR. The ideal candidate has strong SAP expertise and experience in banking, financial services, development finance, or public-sector environments., * 8+ years of SAP SD/FI-AR or O2C consulting experience.

• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA on-premise implementation or transformation experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP SD, including order management, pricing, billing, output management, and credit management.
• Strong SAP FI-AR knowledge, including customer accounts, payments, dunning, collections, and disputes.
• Good understanding of S/4HANA O2C processes, simplifications, and data models.
• Experience with brownfield transformation, custom code rationalization, and process standardization.
• Experience in banking, financial services, development finance, or public-sector environments.
• Understanding of fee billing, loan-related billing, grant receivables, and revenue management is a plus.
• Experience leading O2C transformation workshops with business and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with ABAP and technical teams on custom-to-standard decisions.
• Familiarity with SAP AI, intelligent cash application, collections analytics, or automation is preferred.
• Experience with SAP RAR/IFRS 15, FSCM Dispute Management, or Collections Management is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• SAP SD or S/4HANA Sales certification is preferred.
