Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Solution Architect for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong functional and solution architecture background with multiple successful Oracle Cloud implementations. Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 5 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Oracle Cloud Core Human Resources (Core HR)
Oracle Cloud Talent Acquisition
Oracle Cloud Payroll
Oracle Cloud Time and Labor
Deep cross-functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Ability to lead solution design workshops, define end-to-end architecture, and provide best practice recommendations.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and implementation partners.

Benefits & conditions

Duration: Through July 2027, with potential extensions based on performance.
Location: Atlanta, GA. 50% onsite. 50% remote. Expenses will be paid for onsite travel if the candidate is not local to Atlanta.
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP.
