FP&A Solution Architect & EPM Project Manager (Relocation available)Location: BarcelonaLanguage: EnglishRegion: EMEACompany: Scale-up EPM Software VendorWhat is the role and company?Our client is a fast?growing boutique software vendor specialising in cutting?edge Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology.As they expand their footprint across EMEA, they are seeking an experienced FP&A Solution Architect & EPM Project Manager to join their Barcelona team.This is a strategic consulting role for an expert who thrives in customer?facing environments and enjoys shaping best?in?class financial planning and analytics processes within complex organisations.You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers realise maximum value from the company’s EPM platform, while also elevating implementation excellence within the consulting organisation.What will I be doing?In this role, you will:Project Leadership & Delivery- Lead end?to?end implementation projects for customers across EMEA.- Architect best?practice FP&A and reporting solutions using the company’s EPM technology.- Translate customer requirements into robust, scalable system designs.Financial Expertise- Serve as the subject matter expert on FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling and performance reporting.- Advise customers on optimising planning workflows and leveraging the platform for strategic insights.Consulting Excellence- Guide and mentor the consulting services team to ensure consistent delivery standards.- Define and champion best practices, implementation methodologies and quality frameworks.Stakeholder Management- Build strong relationships with senior finance stakeholders, project sponsors and internal teams.- Manage expectations, communicate project progress and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout programme lifecycle.Integration & Technical Advisory- Collaborate on data integration strategies, ensuring seamless connectivity with source systems.- Leverage your knowledge of ERP systems (e.G., Oracle NetSuite or similar) to advise on data structures, financial models and reporting integrations.What profile will I require?To be successful, you will need:Core Experience- Extensive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis with a deep understanding of core finance processes.- A proven track record in implementing EPM tools for FP&A and management reporting purposes.Technical & Functional Skills- Strong architectural and solution?design capabilities within performance management systems.- Familiarity with ERP solutions such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP Business ByDesign, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.- Strong analytical and problem?solving mindset with the ability to simplify complex financial challenges.Consulting Competencies- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage both internal teams and external clients.- Prior experience working in customer?facing or consulting environments, ideally across multiple geographies.- Fluent English (additional European languages a plus).- Willingness to work with customers across EMEA and collaborate with international teams.Why should I take this role?- High?impact strategic role: You will be instrumental in shaping the future of EPM delivery for a scaling vendor.- Career growth: Work in a company where your expertise directly influences product adoption, consulting quality and customer success.- International exposure: Engage with a diverse set of customers across EMEA and operate in a global, collaborative environment.- Innovative technology: Partner with a vendor whose modern EPM platform is transforming how companies plan, model and report.- Barcelona lifestyle: Join a dynamic organisation in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities.#J-*****-Ljbffr
