Senior Project Leader (ERP implementations & upgrades)

• Significant experience leading large, complex technology-enabled transformation initiatives, preferably in a regulated or financial-services environment.
• Demonstrated affinity with corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Risk, Audit, Compliance or Legal, and an understanding of how technology, data, controls and operating processes support these domains.
• Strong delivery discipline across planning, financial management, resource forecasting, dependency management, risk and issue control, and governance.
• Experience delivering packaged software, ERP, SaaS, cloud-hosted or cross-platform implementations and upgrades.
• Ability to apply systems thinking, rapidly understand the bigger picture and move into detail where intervention is required.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and challenge senior business and technology stakeholders, while building trusted relationships across organisational boundaries.
• Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and support timely decision-making.
• Strong negotiation, conflict-resolution and supplier-management capabilities.
• Independent, organised and resilient leadership style, with the flexibility to reprioritise in a fast-changing environment.
• Practical experience of Agile delivery frameworks and effective collaboration across multiple squads.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

• Relevant delivery or project-management certification, such as PRINCE2, PMI or an equivalent framework.
