Procurement Systems Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Systems Coordinator to join our Group Procurement team. This is a varied role that combines systems administration, process improvement, reporting, and team coordination. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation across the procurement function by developing systems, automating processes, improving reporting capabilities, and supporting procurement operations. Working closely with procurement colleagues, IT providers, and key stakeholders across the business, you will help improve efficiency, governance, visibility, and user experience across a range of procurement systems and processes., * Develop, maintain and enhance procurement systems, including SharePoint, Teams and other procurement platforms, ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly and fit for purpose.

• Design and implement Power Apps, workflows and automation solutions to streamline procurement processes and reduce administrative burden.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and procurement KPIs, providing meaningful insights to support business decision-making.
• Document procurement processes, procedures and governance controls, driving continuous improvement and supporting data accuracy.
• Coordinate procurement administration activities, including meetings, events, supplier communications, new starter onboarding and wider team support.

• Experience administering and developing business systems, preferably within a procurement, supply chain or commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards and management information, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
