WareBee is an AI Warehouse Consultant empowered by Digital Twin technology. We build living models of warehouses that merge physical space, processes, and real data.Teams use WareBee not only to see whatās happening and understand why, but also to get clear suggestions on what to do next. And the impact is tangible: items move, layouts change, and peopleās work becomes easier, faster, and safer.Weāre looking for someone who can turn messy warehouse data into clarity and guide customers in making WareBee part of their daily operations. This is an implementation role: youāll be close to customers, helping them unlock value from data, simulations, and WareBeeās guidance on how to improve.What youāll needFluency in English (required - daily customer interaction)Proficiency in SQL (required - to clean, transform, and query data)A ādata mindsetā - you think in systems, spot patterns, and design better processes through dataA hands-on, practical approach - you care about making things workWhat
Requirements
youāll be doingConnect & configure - work with customer teams to set up their warehouse Digital Twin and integrate their data (no code)Tame messy data - clean, structure, and transform WMS data using SQL so itās reliable and ready for decisionsSee & understand - help analyse warehouse processes, uncover inefficiencies, and turn data into clear actionsGuide action - translate WareBeeās recommendations into real changes: from how items are slotted to how workflows run on the floorDrive improvement - support continuous improvement initiatives, measure results, and help teams scale what worksBe the bridge - support customer teams daily, making sure WareBee becomes a trusted part of how they run operationsNice to haveExperience with warehousing and logisticsAdditional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch)A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience in structured, KPI-driven environmentsHyper-logical thinking and outstanding attention to detailCuriosity and persistence when working with messy, real-world dataClear communication skills, able to explain complex insights simplyBackground in operations research, systems modelling, or simulationsGood analytical and problem-solving skillsA genuine interest in business improvement and operational changeFamiliarity with Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement frameworksAbout youWeāre looking for someone with the drive and potential to grow - experience is not required, but a proactive mindset and willingness to learn are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
