Digital Twin Engineer

Your mission is to bridge the gap between physical production and digital simulation. You will: Standardization & Development: Establish Digital Twin methodologies for production lines and equipment in close partnership with business stakeholders. Virtual Commissioning: Create standards for the virtual testing of PLC systems and robotics to ensure “right-first-time” deployment. Data Integration: Manage CAD data standardization and ensure fluid integration with PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter). Process Optimization: Leverage Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and AI-driven analytics to enhance operational efficiency. R&D Support: Lead pilot testing for emerging hardware and software solutions in the virtual manufacturing space. Knowledge Transfer: Support end-users with digital tools and provide technical troubleshooting. Automation & MBD: Drive automation in process documentation and Model-Based Definition (MBD). Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external technology leaders to accelerate our innovation roadmap.

We are looking for a technical expert who thrives in a multicultural, high-tech environment. Education: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Digital Twin development, simulation, or advanced manufacturing. Technical Stack: Proficiency in PLM systems (Teamcenter) and CAD tools (Catia, AutoCAD). Expertise in simulation software (Process Simulate, Plant Simulation). Skilled in automation programming specifically for Catia and Process Simulate. Emerging Tech: Knowledge of IoT, AR/VR applications, and AI-driven process optimization. Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in English.
