Requirements

Strong background in full-stack software engineering
Commercial experience with one or more of the following: React / Node.js, .NET / C#, or Python / FastAPI
Commercial experience with Azure AI Foundry and Foundry Agents
Commercial experience with Azure OpenAI
Commercial experience with Azure AI Search
Commercial experience with Cognitive Services
Commercial experience with Azure Machine Learning
Commercial experience with RAG and agentic workflows
Previous experience within a Microsoft Partner, MSP, or consultancy would be useful
Genuine hands-on development experience is the priority

About the company

We are a growing Microsoft Partner investing heavily in our AI capability, with a strong pipeline of live projects designing, building, and deploying AI agents across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a hands-on Senior AI Developer role focused on full-stack development rather than pure ML or Data Science. We offer hybrid working from Reading or Manchester, with an initial salary of up to £85,000 and flexibility for highly capable candidates. This is an opportunity to help shape our approach to AI-powered software development and contribute to the growth of a new service line.
