Director of Finance - Telecommunications

Covista seeks a Director, Finance to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for its telecommunications and media business. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development, partnering with leadership to guide strategic investments in networks and services. Responsibilities include managing cash flow, overseeing audits and compliance, improving financial systems, and supporting pricing and contract decisions. You will lead and develop a small finance team, providing clear insights that drive profitability, reliability, and scalable growth for Covista’s business communication solutions., * Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Covista’s telecom operations

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analysis
• Partner with executives to support strategic decisions and telecom investment cases
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning
• Develop and monitor KPIs for revenue, margins, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls
• Manage relationships with auditors, lenders, and key financial partners
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
• Improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools
• Support pricing, contract, and customer profitability analysis
