Director of Finance - Telecommunications

Covista is seeking a Director, Finance to lead financial strategy for our telecommunications and media operations. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight for executive decision-making. Partnering with leadership, you’ll evaluate investments, pricing, and profitability across our voice and data services. You’ll implement strong controls, manage cash flow, and guide audits while mentoring a small finance team. • Develop and maintain financial models and KPI dashboards
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and telecom-related financial regulations
• Partner with executives on long-term financial strategy and capital allocation
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships
• Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
• Optimize pricing, margins, and cost structures for telecom services
• Implement and refine internal controls and financial policies
• Build, mentor, and develop the finance team
