Job description

Build and deploy LLM agents that process clinical data, surfaced to end users through a Spring Boot web application
Tune prompts and iterate on agent performance based on direct feedback from auditors using the tool
Migrate existing data pipelines onto Databricks during the first phase of the engagement
Partner with the team to expand scope beyond file ingestion into broader data engineering and AI workflows
Help solve emerging problems in the audit and submission integrity space, where requirements are still taking shape

Requirements

5-9 years of professional software engineering experience
Hands-on experience building LLM agents, including designing tool use, reasoning flows, and action-taking behavior
Strong Spring Boot and MongoDB experience (or comparable database depth)
Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Codex as a genuine force multiplier
Solid object-oriented development background with web applications
Data lake experience, ideally with Databricks for data engineering and AI pipelines * Previous Kotlin experience
