search through to tenancy.Own the bridge between the business and the development team. Translate requirements, keep projects moving, and ensure what gets built solves the problem.Dive into the database to extract data, build reports, and support business case proposals that shape the digital roadmap.Support delivery of the AI strategy, working closely with the Systems Manager and COO to utilise AI to improve efficiencies across the business.Champion AI across the business. Experiment with Claude and ChatGPT, find practical applications, and help the wider team adopt AI to work smarter.Create and maintain support documentation that makes systems accessible to everyone.Own data quality. Lead best practices for data entry and validate what goes into the system.Manage the flow of bug fixes and feature requests, prioritising what matters most and keeping stakeholders informed.Get involved in software testing, system rollouts, and process improvement projects as the company scales.Role
