You’ll also contribute to the company’s AI strategy, exploring tools such as ChatGPT and Claude and helping colleagues use them effectively. With exposure to software testing, system rollouts, process improvement and digital projects, you’ll develop a broad technology skill set while learning how systems support a customer journey from property search through to tenancy.

  • Support AI adoption and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain system documentation and promote strong data quality.
  • Coordinate bug fixes, feature requests, testing and system roll-outs.

  • Be familiar with AI tools such as Chat GPT and Claude
  • Have an interest in data technologies such as SQL, Python and Power BI
  • Understand Code and be able to discuss programming projects with developers
  • Have an interest in Property

Previous work experience in a customer or client facing role will be highly beneficial, especially if that role was in the tech space such as help desk or support., If you’re excited by technology, data and improving how businesses work, apply today to start building a broad systems career with exposure to SQL, AI and digital transformation.
