Requirements

Please note: Recent public sector/government experience is required to be considered.

Key requirements:

  • Strong Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR expertise
  • Workforce structures, legal entities, jobs, positions, grades and organisations
  • Employee life cycle management (hire, transfer, promotion, termination etc.)
  • HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, OTBI and BI Publisher
  • Security roles, approvals, workflows and notifications
  • Workshop facilitation, solution design and configuration experience
  • Data migration experience into Oracle Cloud
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience desirable
  • Fast Formula experience desirable

Additional requirements:

  • Must be a UK National
  • Minimum 5 years UK residency
  • BPSS clearance eligible
