Peripheral Operator I

Beacon Hill is seeking a dependable Print & Mail Operations Associate to support high-volume production and document processing activities. This role is ideal for candidates with print center, mailroom, production, warehouse, or data center experience, as well as individuals looking to begin a career in technology and operations. The position involves operating production equipment, supporting mail processing activities, performing quality checks, and ensuring timely completion of print and fulfillment projects., * Operate printers, inserters, finishing equipment, mail-processing machines, and related production systems

• Monitor production workflows and process assigned jobs according to established procedures
• Clear equipment jams and perform basic operator-level maintenance and troubleshooting
• Prepare and maintain production control reports and operational documentation
• Process inventory and outgoing product control activities using manual and computerized systems
• Use computer terminals and production software to queue jobs, enter data, and respond to system notifications
• Perform quality checks to ensure documents are printed, assembled, and packaged correctly
• Complete manual document assembly, postage application, sorting, and packaging tasks as needed
• Identify production issues, document discrepancies, and equipment concerns and escalate appropriately
• Collaborate with team members to maintain productivity, accuracy, and service levels

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a print center, mailroom, production facility, warehouse, data center, or related environment preferred
• Entry-level candidates with strong technical aptitude and an interest in technology careers are encouraged to apply
• Ability to learn and operate computer peripheral hardware and production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Basic math skills and ability to maintain accurate production records
• Ability to identify operational issues and follow escalation procedures
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
