As Head of Data Services, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning Business Intelligence, MMM, Digital Analytics, and Marketing Technology. • Proven experience leading marketing data teams across multiple disciplines such as digital analytics, business intelligence, econometrics, measurement, or marketing technology
• Strong technical understanding across data, analytics, and measurement frameworks
• Experience driving AI adoption and operational transformation within data-led environments
• Commercially focused with experience contributing to revenue growth, client retention, and business development
• Strong leadership capability with a track record of developing managers and high-performing teams
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite audiences
