Integration Engineer (NPPV3) HR & Duties Replacement Programme Enhancement Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid) Contract: Initial contract through December 2026 Rate: £550 - £600 per day OUTSIDE IR35 Active NPPV3 Required Overview Our client is delivering a major transformation programme to replace existing HR and Duties capability (Origin) with a new strategic workforce management platform comprising Oracle Fusion and Crown DMS. The new solution will become the system of record for workforce, organisational, and employee data. We are seeking an experienced Interface Engineer to take ownership of the integration workstream, providing technical leadership across interface architecture, design assurance, implementation, testing and deployment activities. Essential Skills & Experience NPPV3 Clearance Proven experience as an Interface Engineer, Integration Engineer, or similar integration-focused role. Strong background designing and implementing enterprise-scale integrations. Experience delivering API-led integration’s and middleware-based solutions. Experience delivering integration solutions across complex business-critical environments. Ability to review and challenge third-party technical designs. Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier management experience. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Experience supporting testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities. With knowledge of: REST APIs Web Services File-based integrations ETL/data transformation processes Enterprise integration patterns Desirable Experience Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations. Crown DMS integrations. SailPoint integrations. iTrent integrations. Event-driven architecture and messaging technologies. Public sector, emergency services, or policing environments. Large-scale HR, ERP, or Workforce Management transformation programmes. Experience working within governed programme delivery environments. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on integration engineering expertise with the ability to work across architecture, delivery, governance and stakeholder engagement. You will have experience delivering complex enterprise integration programmes and be comfortable working with suppliers and technical teams to ensure high-quality, supportable integration solutions are successfully delivered.
