The RoleWe’re looking for a Paid Media Analyst who thrives in a performance-driven environment. You’ll take ownership of campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting across key paid channels-working closely with strategists and creatives to drive measurable growth.This isn’t a “set and forget” role. platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)Analyse performance data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunitiesBuild and maintain reports that actually mean something (not just vanity metrics)Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and landing pagesCollaborate with creative and strategy teams to improve ROAS and CACSupport forecasting, budgeting, and scaling strategies for D2C brandsStay ahead of platform updates, trends, and emerging channels What We’re Looking For1-3 years’ experience in paid media or performance marketingStrong analytical mindset-you’re comfortable with data and love problem-solvingHands-on experience with platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google AdsSolid understanding of D2C ecommerce metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.)Confident using Excel/Google Sheets (bonus if you love a pivot table)Curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve performanceStrong communication skills-you can explain the why, not just the what Bonus PointsExperience working with Shopify or other ecommerce platformsExposure to attribution tools (e.g. GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam)Creative testing experience or working closely with design teams What You’ll GetSalary up to £40,000 depending on experienceHybrid working: 3 days per week in our London officeExposure to exciting, high-growth D2C brandsA genuinely collaborative team that values ideas over hierarchyClear progression path in a scaling agencyOngoing training and development (we invest in your growth)
