Senior Data Analyst

This Senior Data Analyst role is suited to someone with a background in digital, customer, or product analytics who enjoys working with large datasets and influencing business decisions through data. • Analyse customer journeys, digital funnels, and user behaviour.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting.
• Deliver customer, product, and subscription analytics.
• Develop LTV and churn analysis to support business strategy.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams on experimentation and measurement frameworks.
• Use SQL to query, manipulate, and analyse large datasets.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.

• Strong experience in digital analytics, customer analytics, or product analytics and advanced SQL skills.
• Experience working with customer lifecycle, retention, and behavioural data.
• Knowledge of cohort analysis, experimentation, and statistical testing.
• Experience with data visualisation tools.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings to a range of stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to web or app analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel is beneficial.
