Data & IT Coordinator

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, technically curious, and self-motivated individual to join our Data & Product team as a Data Coordinator. In this role, you will support the data systems, infrastructure, and tools that help All In Energy deliver and implement energy programs across Massachusetts. You will work across teams and with external partners to maintain accurate and reliable data, build and maintain tools for data intake and reporting, and support the technology systems used across the organization.

The Data Coordinator will play a hands-on role in configuring and quality-checking data imports, reports, and exports, and providing regular reporting on key program metrics, developing web forms and scripts, and developing web forms and scripts.

Responsibilities will include:

• Data Systems and Reporting
• Support All In Energy teams and external partners by configuring, monitoring, and quality-checking data imports, reports, and exports.
• Produce regular reports on key program metrics and support teams in accessing and using program data.
• Perform data updates, cleanup, and bulk uploads across systems.

• Implement changes to data infrastructure and systems for new and ongoing programs.

• IT, Servers, and Security
• Perform basic server administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Document technical processes and systems to help maintain continuity.

• Support staff with basic IT and data security needs to help maintain organizational security practices.

• Web Forms and Data Tools
• Develop and maintain web forms, scripts, and data intake, imports, and exports.
• Work with fellow team members to translate program and operational needs into practical technical solutions.
• Salesforce Support
• Help maintain data quality and consistency across Salesforce and related systems.
• Provide ad hoc Salesforce support, including configuration changes, reports, data updates, and troubleshooting.

• Experience working with data systems, databases, CRMs, and spreadsheets.
• Experience with SQL, Python, JavaScript, or another programming language.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and data-related problems and develop practical solutions.
• Experience with server administration, system maintenance, cloud infrastructure, or information security.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to learn new software, systems, and technical processes independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across programs and teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly about technical issues and processes with people with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Passion for addressing global climate change, equitable clean energy access, or economic and environmental justice.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
• Experience building or maintaining web forms, data collection tools, or other web-based systems.
• Experience working with data imports/exports, APIs, or other processes for moving data between systems.
• Experience working with external partners to troubleshoot data-sharing or technology processes.
• Familiarity with project management or work management tools such as Asana.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language commonly spoken in the communities AIE serves is a plus.

• Full-time 40 per week non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $28.88
