We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team. You will be part of a dynamic team that is delivering a business-driven Enterprise Network to support BICES Global Enterprise Mission Support Services increasing performance, security, scalability, and stability while reducing costs and complexity resulting in increased supportability. Responsibilities:

• Manages ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) Principles to identify, categorize, prioritize, escalate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents.
• Monitors the integrity, security and availability of servers and systems.
• Maintains system documentation
• Interacts with users and customers, evaluates service availability of vendor products.
• Develops and implements policies and standards for monitoring Enterprise services.
• Provides advice and training to end-users.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
• Participates in special projects as required.
• Develops and maintains monitoring dashboards, performs data analysis to provide requested data points and identify negative or positive trends.

Skills: Network Troubleshooting, SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor (NPM), Technical Support Certifications: None Experience: 3 + years of related experience, * 3 years of experience required.

• Bachelor’s degree - may substitute additional years of experience.
• Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Must meet DoW 8140 requirements and be eligible for IAT level II access upon hire for positions with elevated privileges. The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $86,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
