Job description
As the HRIS Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert for payroll, HRIS, and timekeeping systems while helping ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence. You’ll support system enhancements, process improvements, reporting, and security administration across multiple platforms., * Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and HRIS system configuration, security, workflows, and user access. \n

Support system releases, testing, upgrades, and implementations across HRIS, payroll, and time & attendance platforms. \n

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and user experience. \n

Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, SOPs, and technical specifications. \n

Monitor and maintain system integrations, workflows, business structures, and security configurations. \n
-
Perform testing, audits, reporting, and data analysis to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. \n

Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to support payroll and HR technology initiatives. \n

Assist with identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving system and integration issues impacting payroll operations. \n

Participate in special projects focused on payroll, HRIS, and workforce management enhancements. \n
Requirements
We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of payroll, HR, technology, and process improvement., * Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. \n

3+ years of experience supporting HRIS, payroll, or workforce management systems. \n
-
Experience with ADP Vantage, Kronos, or similar HCM and timekeeping platforms. \n
-
Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including advanced Excel capabilities. \n
-
Experience supporting system testing, user acceptance testing, security administration, audits, and ongoing production support. \n

Understanding of payroll processes, timekeeping systems, wage and hour regulations, and payroll calculations. \n

Experience working in union environments and supporting complex work rules is preferred. \n

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. \n
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service. \n

Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. \n
-
Experience supporting large employee populations in a complex multi-site environment. \n
-
Exposure to payroll, HRIS, or workforce management system implementations and enhancements.
