Job description
We are looking for a senior People Transformation & Strategy Consultant to support strategic transformation initiatives within the organization. The consultant will partner closely with senior leadership, providing workforce insights, organizational transformation expertise, project governance support, and data-driven recommendations to help shape future workforce decisions. This role sits at the intersection of HR, organizational transformation, workforce strategy, and business consulting. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with transformation management experience and the ability to operate confidently in a senior stakeholder environment., * Translate strategic workforce insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
- Support large-scale transformation initiatives and assess their people impact.
- Contribute to workforce planning activities, including capability assessments, talent heatmaps, and Build/Buy/Borrow scenarios.
- Analyze the impact of AI, digitalization, and changing business models on jobs, skills, and organizational design.
- Establish and maintain governance structures, PMO activities, project tracking, and reporting.
- Deliver workforce and organizational analyses using quantitative data and business insights.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Strategy, and business stakeholders to align transformation priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management by challenging assumptions and facilitating decision-making.
- Support organizational redesign, change initiatives, and workforce capability development.
- Prepare and present executive-level materials and recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in transformation, organizational change, workforce strategy, or management consulting.
- Experience working on large-scale transformation programs in medium to large organizations.
- Proven ability to work with workforce, financial, and organizational data to generate business insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior leadership and executive-level discussions.
- Experience managing projects, governance structures, milestones, and reporting.
- Ability to quickly integrate into a complex organization and operate in a highly dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Experience within consulting environments (Big Four or similar consulting background) is considered a strong asset.

- Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
- Project Management / PMO experience

- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently

- HR business transformation experience
- Experience with AI impact assessments on jobs, skills, and workforce planning
- Talent heatmapping and workforce capability modelling
- Experience with Build/Buy/Borrow workforce frameworks
- Dutch language proficiency
- Experience in telecom, technology, or highly transforming organizations
