Job description

  • Lead end-to-end payroll transformation and digital implementation projects.
  • Coordinate activities across business, HR, IT, security, infrastructure, and external vendors.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
  • Ensure successful integration between payroll solutions, Workday, ERP systems, and other business applications.
  • Drive governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting.
  • Oversee testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
  • Facilitate communication between global and local teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex digital transformation projects.
  • Proven experience in payroll transformation, HR systems, or enterprise technology implementations.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations and vendor management.
  • Experience working with Workday and payroll ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on and delivery-focused mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
