Verantwoordelijkheden - Fungeren als schakel tussen gebruikers en leveranciers - Verantwoordelijk voor de voortgang en kwaliteit van IT-dienstverlening - Ondersteunen van collega’s op functioneel niveau - Vertalen van gebruikersvragen naar verbeteringen - Uitvoeren van hands-on werkzaamheden zoals configuraties en testen

Requirements

Wij zoeken een proactieve en communicatieve professional met een HBO werk- en denkniveau. - 1-3 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in functioneel en/of applicatiebeheer - Kennis van IT service management - Ervaring met Microsoft 365 technologie - Affiniteit met MS Azure, CMS systemen en/of e-learningplatforms is een pré - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk) Recruitment Links
