Job description
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software and network issues
- Train users and develop training materials
- Assist with programming, scripting and application development
- Support the integration of third-party software and systems
- Develop client-facing IT solutions where required
- Liaise with external software suppliers and service providers
- Manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met
Requirements
- Experience supporting users with hardware and software issues
- Experience working within a small IT team and managing multiple priorities
- Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- IT qualifications or demonstrable IT experience and training
- A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn
