IT Support Engineer

We are currently looking for an Onsite IT Support Engineer with strong experience supporting CAD applications and engineering workstations.

This role is hands-on and user-facing, focused on resolving incidents, maintaining local IT infrastructure, and ensuring stable and efficient IT environments for engineering teams., * Provide onsite IT support for hardware, software, and IT services

• Support and troubleshoot CAD applications and engineering workstations
• Resolve 2nd/3rd line incidents and escalations
• Handle service requests (hardware replacement, software deployment, peripherals)
• Maintain and support office IT infrastructure (network, meeting rooms, printers, plotters)
• Support onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes
• Perform patching, updates, and maintenance for CAD-related systems
• Collaborate with central IT teams and external specialists
• Ensure system performance and stability after changes
• Maintain accurate records in ITSM tools
• Contribute to IT projects (relocations, upgrades, rollouts)

• Strong experience in onsite IT support (2nd/3rd line)
• Experience supporting CAD applications and engineering environments
• Experience with hardware, laptops, peripherals, and specialized equipment
• Good understanding of network infrastructure and office IT environments
• Experience working with IT service management tools
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
