• Work closely within a flat, agile team using the Scrum framework to deliver high-quality software.

We are seeking a collaborative Full Stack Developer to join an innovative, self-managing technology firm. Working within an agile environment, you will participate in pair programming, architectural decisions, and peer code reviews. If you are passionate about creating high-impact software that makes a real difference to end users and thrive in a flat team structure, we would love to hear from you, * Commercial software development experience using modern programming languages (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, React, MySQL, or similar).

• Demonstrated experience working with MVC frameworks and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with source control (Git), automated testing frameworks, and software design principles.
• Strong enthusiasm for collaborative working, pair programming, and receiving peer feedback.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine curiosity to learn and mentor others.
