Power BI & Application Developer - AI

• Develop and maintain our client-facing analytics applications and reporting products
• Design and enhance our Power BI dashboards, visualisations, and reporting solutions
• Integrate AI technologies, large language models, and agentic workflows into our applications
• Support the migration of traditional reporting outputs into scalable analytics products
• Build executive-level dashboards and deliver actionable business insights
• Collaborate closely with our Data Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture teams
• Deliver client demonstrations, presentations, training, and solution walkthroughs
• Create intuitive user experiences that make complex analytics accessible and impactful

The role is based in London with hybrid working and offers a salary of up to £75,000. We work closely across Data Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture teams to deliver impactful analytics products and executive-level insights.

• Strong Power BI development skills, including DAX, dashboard creation, and reporting best practice
• Solid SQL capability
• Experience building and developing applications or customer-facing digital solutions
• Exposure to AI technologies and large language model integrations
• Experience with agentic AI workflows and automation
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocols (MCPs)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience delivering executive-level reporting and analytics solutions
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
