Job description

The Power BI & Application Developer - AI will:

Develop and maintain client-facing analytics applications and reporting products
Design and enhance Power BI dashboards, visualisations, and reporting solutions
Integrate AI technologies, large language models, and agentic workflows into applications
Support the migration of traditional reporting outputs into scalable analytics products
Build executive-level dashboards and delivering actionable business insights
Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture teams
Deliver client demonstrations, presentations, training, and solution walkthroughs
Create intuitive user experiences that make complex analytics accessible and impactful

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Strong Power BI development skills, including DAX, dashboard creation, and reporting best practice
Solid SQL capability
Experience building and developing applications or customer-facing digital solutions
Exposure to AI technologies and large language model integrations
Experience with agentic AI workflows and automation
Knowledge of Model Context Protocols (MCPs)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience delivering executive-level reporting and analytics solutions
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
