Master Data Analyst

Hunter Douglas is seeking a Master Data Analyst to own and optimize the master data that powers our custom window treatments and smart-home solutions. In this role, you will design and maintain master data structures across ERP and related systems, enforce data governance standards, and ensure data accuracy for manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams. You’ll analyze complex data sets, build reports and dashboards, and partner closely with engineering, operations, and finance to enable better decisions and process efficiency. This role blends technical data skills with business acumen in a collaborative, quality-focused culture., * Own and maintain master data sets supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and sales operations

• Develop and enforce data governance standards, definitions, and quality rules
• Build and manage data models, hierarchies, and reference data for enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/PLM)
• Perform complex data analysis, validation, and cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance to understand data needs and translate into requirements
• Design and run queries, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making and performance tracking
• Troubleshoot data issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Support system integrations, migrations, and new product or site set-ups from a data perspective
• Document data processes, mappings, and governance policies
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in data quality and usage
