Master Data Analyst

Hunter Douglas is seeking a Master Data Analyst to own and optimize master data that powers our custom window treatments and smart-home solutions. In this role, you’ll steward product, material, and customer data across ERP and manufacturing systems, enforcing governance standards and high data quality. You’ll profile, cleanse, and structure data, build data dictionaries and KPIs, and partner closely with operations, engineering, and IT. This position is ideal for detail-focused analysts who enjoy improving processes, supporting complex manufacturing, and enabling accurate reporting and planning., * Own and maintain master data for products, materials, and customers to support manufacturing and supply chain operations

• Develop and enforce data governance standards, policies, and data quality rules
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and deduplication to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
• Partner with engineering, operations, finance, and IT to understand data needs and translate them into data models and workflows
• Support ERP, MRP, and reporting systems with accurate master data and documentation
• Design and maintain data dictionaries, reference data, and naming conventions
• Analyze data trends to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend improvements
• Create and automate reports and dashboards to monitor data quality KPIs
• Support new product introductions and changes by setting up and validating master data
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement of data management practices
