Job description

Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of large-scale Hadoop clusters and AWS cloud infrastructure.
Maintain Linux enterprise environments, automate tasks using Bash, Python, or Perl, and manage system states with Puppet and Salt.
Support distributed data stores like Cassandra and Accumulo, deploy containers using Docker and Kubernetes, and support AI initiatives including LLMs, Agentic AI, and RAG workflows., * Manage and monitor large-scale distributed systems and Hadoop clusters.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize distributed storage and database architectures, including Cassandra and Accumulo.
Develop automation scripts utilizing Python, Bash, or Perl for system provisioning and administration.
Perform Linux system administration, including user management in LDAP, configuration of DNS/DHCP, and PXE/Kickstart network provisioning.
Configure and maintain automation and deployment pipelines using Puppet, Salt, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Design, support, and secure AWS cloud infrastructure adhering to compliance best practices.
Support AI/ML integration including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and Large Language Models.
Diagnose commodity hardware and remote management interfaces using IPMI, BIOS, and serial over LAN utilities.
Implement and support web proxies and load balancers including NGINX and HAProxy, along with log aggregation using Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Grafana.
