Job description

Provide operational Linux systems administration, troubleshooting, and customer support for a cloud analytics platform.
Maintain day-to-day operations stability and support managed infrastructure running Kubernetes, Hadoop, and Accumulo.
Assist with platform monitoring, performance tuning, and operational automation using modern DevOps tools., * Deliver Tier 1 through Tier 3 operational support and technical troubleshooting in a cloud Linux environment.
Maintain and administer RedHat/CentOS systems, networking configurations, and DNS infrastructure.
Support containerized applications and cluster management utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.
Manage and maintain big data infrastructure components including Hadoop, Accumulo, and HDFS.
Develop automation and administrative scripts using Python and Bash.
Utilize configuration management and orchestration tools such as Ansible or Salt.
Monitor system health and performance metrics using Prometheus and Grafana.
Proactively identify and resolve system defects to ensure 24/7 service availability.
