Job description

o Provide functional support for D365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement users. o Troubleshoot and resolve functional, configuration, and data-related issues. o Manage incidents from initial ticket through resolution while meeting SLAs. o Support user provisioning, security roles, access reviews, and routine system administration. o Assist with configuration changes, workflows, financial dimensions, parameters, and number sequences. o Investigate data discrepancies and support DMF imports/exports. o Monitor batch jobs, integrations, system health, and environment performance. o Support D365 updates, regression testing, environment refreshes, and release activities. o Create knowledge-base articles, how-to guides, and user documentation. o Provide training and hands-on support to end users and super users. o Work with process owners to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Requirements

o Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. o 3+ years of experience in application support, business/systems analysis, or ERP/CRM administration. o 1+ years of hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and/or Customer Engagement) or a comparable ERP/CRM platform. o Working knowledge of core business processes in at least one functional area (e.g., finance, procurement, project operations, or customer/field service). o Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools and structured incident and change-management practices. o Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills with a methodical, user-focused approach. o Exceptional ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and non-technical business users. o Tier 2/3 senior functional support.
