Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on Data Center Technician L2 with strong experience supporting servers and network infrastructure in a data center environment., * Install, rack, stack, cable and troubleshoot servers/switches

  • Perform hardware replacements and firmware upgrades
  • Troubleshoot cabling, connectivity and server issues
  • Work closely with network and systems administrators
  • Manage replacement parts and defective hardware returns
  • Perform physical audits and maintain accurate equipment inventory

Requirements

  • Rack & Stack, server/network cabling
  • iLO / iDRAC configuration & troubleshooting
  • Hardware replacement - RAM, CPU, drives, optics, etc.
  • Basic Windows or Linux administration
  • Server troubleshooting, firmware upgrades & IP configuration, ???? Ideal candidates: Experienced Data Center Technicians who are comfortable working hands-on with server hardware and infrastructure in an onsite environment.
