Job description

Our client, a rapidly growing publicly traded technology company, is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to join its Workplace Technology and Enterprise Operations team. This individual will own a technical domain (EX: MacOS/Windows Patching, Packaging pipeline) end to end. They will help lead a project or migration with limited requirements and establish a standard others follow.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in desktop or endpoint engineer

Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

Experience is one core endpoint platform plus working PowerShell scripting ability.

Experience working directly with end users in a customer-focused technical support environment.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and structured incident-management processes.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate or Certified Associate/admin`

Experience with Windows 10 to 11 migrations or MEMDM intune migrations

Experience building reusable automation/scripting tools rather than one-off scripts
