Lead ECM Technical Professional

Onsite Technical Lead to design, configure, develop, test, deploy and support the Solution for Customer’s Loan Operations function. This role will be responsible for the following:

• Provide Onsite leadership for the solution deployment in the following three phases:
• Phase 1 - AL-enabled Intelligent Information Extraction and digitization & data storage of financial and contractual documents
• Phase 2: Review, comparison and reconciliation of extracted data between documents
• Phase 3: Integration of the solution leveraging APIs and other interfaces, deployment in production, and Hypercare Services

Delivery of the following:

• Business Requirements Document (BRD)
• High Level Design (HLD)
• Low Level Design (LLD)
• Infrastructure Architecture and Deployment Design
• Test Strategy and Test Plan
• Accuracy Assessment Report
• Operational Runbook

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide Onsite/Offshore coordination for the project team
• Steer architecture reviews, configuration management, release management, risk management and change control process
• Own and deliver the project plan, deliverables and project status reporting
• Responsible for customer relationship management, stakeholder management, engagement service levels and developing the account, * Azure AI Foundry Agent Service and Azure OpenAI Service
• Azure Functions and Azure App Service
• Azure Blob Storage and Azure Cosmos DB
• Neo4j
• Azure Cosmos DB
• React / Next.js
• Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor and Application Insights
• Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Azure AI Document Intelligence

• 10 plus years of overall experience in IT field
• Proven experience in Technical leadership roles
• Minimum 3 plus years of experience designing, implementing and deploying AI solutions
• Prior work experience in Financial Services will be a great plus

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $70,730-$198,505

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
