Agile Scrum Master/Kanban FlowMaster

Serve as an experienced Scrum Master/Kanban Flow Master, coaching teams and leadership on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

• Facilitate Agile events (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and guide teams to become self-organizing, cross-functional, and accountable.
• Remove impediments, resolve issues outside the team’s control, and enable teams to achieve sprint goals.
• Lead planning and execution for the development and delivery of one or more products to high standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, other Scrum/Flow Masters, and Stakeholders.
• Execute Agile transformation strategies directed by the Agile Transformation Coach and team.
• Foster understanding, learning, and Agile behaviors to drive customer and business value and promote a healthy Agile team culture.
• Manage and assist with requirements gathering, design, development, and implementation of C ram/Java web-based applications on n-tier infrastructure.
• Interface and coordinate with various internal and external applications across multiple platforms.
• Work closely with Product Owners and project teams to resolve backlog items, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and quality standards.
• Mediate and resolve business and team conflicts; facilitate Product Owner involvement in business decisions and process descriptions.
• Estimate work effort, refine prioritized backlogs, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies or Kanban events.
• Apply strong organization and analytical thinking to translate complex business needs into user scenarios, flows, and diagrams.
• Use tools such as MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and JIRA for project tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Prioritize and groom backlog items in collaboration with stakeholders; analyze and report on risk and business impact.
• Manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously, ensuring quality of work.
• Break down work, estimate, plan sprints, monitor progress, and remove impediments for business solutions.
• Communicate and facilitate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Derive actionable portfolio insights from data management, maintenance, and analysis.
• Demonstrate effective leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

(Highly desired) Hold Scrum Master or Kanban certification; (Desired) Hold SPC or SAFe Agilist certification.

• (Desired) Possess knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with JIRA Align and Portfolio Planning.
• Have hands-on experience in software development (Java, .Net/C#) and debugging.
• Use SQL in relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
