Agile Scrum Master/Kanban FlowMaster

Serve as an experienced Scrum Master or Kanban Flow Master, coaching teams and leadership on Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and promoting continuous improvement.

• Facilitate Scrum/Kanban/SAFe ceremonies and events, enabling teams to become self-organizing, cross-functional, and accountable.
• Remove impediments and resolve issues outside the team’s control to help achieve Sprint goals and deliver product increments to a high standard.
• Execute Agile transformation strategies as directed by the Agile Transformation Coach and team, fostering Agile mindsets and healthy team culture.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, stakeholders, and other Scrum/Flow Masters to ensure requirements are well-understood and deliverables meet business needs.
• Lead and support requirements gathering, design, development, and implementation of C ram/Java web-based applications on n-tier infrastructure, integrating with various internal and external systems.
• Utilize Agile principles and tools (JIRA, MS Project, SharePoint, etc.) for backlog management, sprint planning, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Analyze and break down complex business requirements into user scenarios, flows, and actionable items; estimate work efforts and aid in backlog refinement.
• Resolve business and team conflicts, facilitate communication between technical and non-technical audiences, and drive business value through effective Agile practices.
• Manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
• Apply risk and business impact analysis, provide actionable portfolio insights, and ensure stakeholder buy-in and engagement.
• Demonstrate leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills to build and maintain effective, collaborative teams.
• Leverage hands-on software development and debugging experience (Java, .Net/C#, SQL) to actively participate in technical discussions and problem-solving.

• 5+ years of Agile tools usage, software development, and SQL/database experience.
• Strong experience with JIRA, MS Project, SharePoint, and Agile reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, maintain, and analyze project data for actionable insights.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Certifications in Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe (preferred).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with JIRA Align/Portfolio Planning (desired).
