Senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master

Serve as a senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master, supporting agile teams in ceremonies, planning, and implementation for both project and operations/maintenance.

• Guide agile teams in planning and implementing Epics and features that add business value across NC FAST programs.
• Facilitate and participate in daily assignment tracking, prioritization with business/divisions, and removal of team impediments.
• Lead and support agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, monthly releases, quarterly PI planning, and status meetings.
• Coordinate and deliver program backlogs, manage releases, and collaborate with technical leads and teams for release planning.
• Measure, analyze, and report on agile metrics to drive continuous improvement and agile maturity within teams.
• Coach and mentor teams and stakeholders in agile best practices, helping achieve higher agile maturity.
• Support agile transformation efforts across the Aqua portfolio, including FNS and EPI programs, and participate in RSC and Sync meetings.
• Coordinate quarterly PI planning and RSC activities across NC FAST and the Aqua portfolio.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for agile management and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for backlog prioritization, grooming, and ensuring clarity of epics/stories/tasks.
• Apply risk and business impact analysis, and maintain/interpret data to provide actionable insights for the agile portfolio.
• Manage multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality of work.

Apply technical knowledge of the application development cycle to support enhancements and projects.

• Required to hold certifications such as Certified Agile Scrum Master or Kanban Flow Master; SAFe Agilist/SPC and PMP are desired.
• Must have 7+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum, tools management, backlog facilitation, and technical application development support.
• Experience in PI planning, dependency tracking, and supporting agile transformation initiatives is essential.
