• Experience in the commissioning process and systems start-up.
• Proficiency in managing a Master Equipment List (MEL).
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction, facilities management, or a related field.
• Six years of experience in MEPF coordination, commissioning, or systems start-up.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Awareness of ASHRE standards and codes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with equipment lists, O&M manuals, and training coordination.
• Familiarity with CMMS and asset management systems.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with field teams, vendors, and clients.
• Valid driver’s license.

This role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing candidates to work from any regional office, including Pleasanton, CA; Irvine, CA; Denver, CO; Tysons Corner, VA; Nashville, TN; Orlando, FL; Austin, TX, or Bellevue, WA. Expect to be on-site in Montgomery, AL, approximately 25% of the time. The position supports large-scale data center projects with a focus on low-voltage OFCI equipment scopes, blending remote coordination with project and team collaboration. The environment is fast-paced with tight deadlines and technical complexity, but it does not require heavy travel. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
