Senior IT Project Manager/Scrum Master - IVR

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead an IVR and telephony initiative focused on implementing self-scheduling capabilities. This individual will be responsible for managing the project from planning through implementation, coordinating across business, IT, vendor, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and Agile leadership experience, with the ability to manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, milestones, and resources using Microsoft Project. This person will also facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, drive accountability across workstreams, and ensure teams remain aligned to project timelines and business objectives.

7+ years as a Project Management experience

-Experience being a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and documenting in Jira

-Experience utilizing MS project for project planning

-Experience leading an IVR or Telephony project
