You will be part of a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, supporting both office-based and international users.

• Ensure the proper functioning of ICT services within the Schiedam office;
• Provide timely and professional support to end users;
• Incorporate Jumbo’s safety culture and policies into daily activities;
• Maintain and improve ICT documentation, processes, procedures and configuration information;
• Act as the operational point of contact for external IT service providers and vendors;
• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems, processes and working methods and provide recommendations;
• Provisioning, maintaining and supporting workplace equipment such as laptops, docking stations, monitors and peripherals;
• Performing technical onboarding and offboarding of employees;
• Maintaining accurate CMDB registrations and asset administration;
• Managing IT equipment inventory and lifecycle processes;
• Administering telephony systems and user accounts;
• Maintaining and supporting video conferencing equipment and meeting room technology;
• Providing regular updates to users and stakeholders regarding support requests and incidents.

• MBO degree in ICT or a comparable technical qualification;
• Relevant work experience may compensate for formal education;
• Knowledge, Skills & Experience;
• Good technical knowledge of ICT infrastructure, workplace services and user support;
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong service-oriented approach;
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and external suppliers;
