Your Contribution

• Understand client requirements and recommend improvements to HR processes and SAP HCM solutions.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of SAP HCM solutions.
• Support testing, documentation and the adoption of system changes.
• Facilitate workshops and share knowledge with clients and colleagues.

• Practical SAP HCM experience and a sound understanding of the HR processes within your expertise.
• The ability to translate business requirements into suitable SAP solutions.
• A degree in a business, HR or IT-related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Confident communication, effective teamwork and a clear client focus.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
