Be an early applicant, * Betreuung von IT-Anfragen im 2nd und 3rd Level Support
Unterstützung des 1st-Level-Supports und Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen
Analyse und Lösung technischer Störungen in verschiedenen Systemen
Technische Beratung von Endnutzern und Kunden
Dokumentation der Arbeitsabläufe und Erstellung von Trouble-Tickets

Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
Erfahrung in der Systemadministration von Windows und Linux
Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien und deren Protokolle
Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke
